Property Sense partners with OnTheMarket.

Innovative PropTech Build to Rent leasing agency, Property Sense, has announced a new strategic partnership with the fastest growing UK property portal, OnTheMarket, a CoStar Group brand.

The specialist agency will use OnTheMarket’s digital-first approach to advance its lettings results and match tenants with desirable properties in the Build to Rent sector.

Currently managing the lettings of over 1,200 Build to Rent units nationwide, Property Sense’s partnership with OnTheMarket will see the company source appropriate tenants for Build to Rent properties.

Property Sense is responsible for leasing large-scale Build to Rent schemes across some of the UK’s biggest cities – including Manchester, Birmingham and Sheffield.   

The company is currently leasing buildings for developers including Capital and Centric, ila and Rise Homes.
