Operations Manager

You will run the internal operations engine of the business.
Your job is to ensure execution across Sales, Lettings, Marketing and Operations is structured, accountable and on time.

You are the person who ensures strategy from company leadership turns into output.

  • Own weekly KPI reporting across all departments
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Manage supplier relationships and contracts
  • Ensure operational system hygiene across all internal platforms and systems
  • Coordinate cross-department delivery
  • Improve operational systems and documentation
  • Support operational business data preparation (as required)

  • Departmental KPIs tracked weekly
  • Clear visibility on pipeline, revenue, stock levels, marketing output and administrative efficiency
  • Reduced bottlenecks in onboarding new developments, clients, suppliers and staff
  • Improved staff accountability and morale
  • Documented SOPs for core processes

  • 5+ years in operations or business management
  • Strong organisational and process mindset
  • Experience scaling small-to-mid businesses
  • Commercial awareness
  • Comfortable holding people accountable and managing junior staff
