Business Development Manager

  • Identify and qualify new BTR operators and developers
  • Map upcoming development pipelines across the UK
  • Secure meetings with Heads of Leasing / Asset Management
  • Deliver PropTech demos (as required)
  • Progress opportunities through structured pipeline stages
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements
  • Hit unit-acquisition and revenue targets
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline reporting

  • Sign 3–5 new developments per quarter
  • Add 1,000+ units per quarter to stock pipeline
  • Maintain 3x pipeline coverage at all times
  • CRM fully updated with accurate (weighted pipeline) forecasting

  • 3-5+ years B2B sales experience
  • Experience in BTR lettings, PropTech, letting agency or developer sales
  • Demonstrable closing track record
  • Strong network in UK residential or institutional real estate
  • Comfortable being measured purely on output
