Administrator (Part-Time)
Central Stockport Office
£24,800 per year (Full-Time)
20 hours per week
You will support the operational function of the business, ensuring admin, documentation and coordination tasks are handled efficiently so revenue teams can focus on sales and delivery.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage internal documentation and data entry
- Maintain office space facilities, office supplies and ensure operational efficiency in support of the Operations Manager (as required)
- Coordinate general staff travel, meetings and logistics (as required)
- Support property portal listings of new developments
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers (as required)
- Maintain organised digital filing systems

- Accurate CRM and documentation management
- Reduced admin burden on managers
- Fast turnaround on internal coordination requests
- Zero missed operational deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and as part of a small team
- Strong written and verbal communication
- 2+ years admin or operations support experience
