Administrator

You will support the operational function of the business, ensuring admin, documentation and coordination tasks are handled efficiently so revenue teams can focus on sales and delivery.

  • Manage internal documentation and data entry
  • Maintain office space facilities, office supplies and ensure operational efficiency in support of the Operations Manager (as required)
  • Coordinate general staff travel, meetings and logistics (as required)
  • Support property portal listings of new developments
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers (as required)
  • Maintain organised digital filing systems

  • Accurate CRM and documentation management
  • Reduced admin burden on managers
  • Fast turnaround on internal coordination requests

  • Strong attention to detail

  • 2+ years admin or operations support experience
